Journey Express

 

The Winnebago Journey Express is a class A diesel motorhome, featuring patented super construction technology. It is similar to the Journey, but is available at a more economical cost, and it weighs less than the Journey as well.

Some of the standard features include a turbo charged diesel engine, air brakes, rear radiator, 6 speed automatic transmission, front and rear suspension and a trailer hitch. It comes with many nice additional amenities as well.

Luxuries such as a 32″ LCD TV and a home theater type of sound system are standard, as well as a DVD player and HD video system to help provide some wonderful entertainment options. It comes already prepared to receive satellite service, which can be hooked up and disconnected easily, a popular feature to have while on the road.

Other very nice features include vinyl tile flooring, accent lighting and tinted windows to help filter some of the sun coming in to the motorhome. All models feature a kitchenette with a standard 3 burner range, and a microwave is available for the Winnebago Journey Express. An oven is also available for more flexibility in cooking options, as well as a standard refrigerator/freezer and ice maker. The refrigerator can be upgraded to a stainless steel model with french doors, for an extra nice touch in the kitchen.

A comfortable dinette is provided in all models, and an extension for the dinette and two additional dining chairs are available in the Journey Express. Comfort and quality are excellent features present in all Winnebago motorhomes.

A queen powerbed is available in the Winnebago Journey Express, and can be upgraded to include an adjustable mattress, making it possible to adjust the firmness for additional sleeping comfort. Also, a wardrobe and chest of drawers are included in the sleeping area, providing some great storage. A shower is included, with a washer/dryer combo also available in the Journey Express model.

The Journey Express features very comfortable cab seats, and such advanced features as telescopic steering, a radio with iPod and MP3 capability, and a standard weather band. Also available is an outstanding in dash navigation system to help with directions. The Winnebago Journey Express is a fine choice of exceptional quality and value in a motorhome.
